1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DBOGalaxy Player Support portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

This portal provides player support services for DBOGalaxy, including ticket submission, knowledge base access, FAQ resources, AI-powered chatbot assistance, live chat with staff, player account management with profile and security features, and community tools. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Player Accounts

By creating a player account on this portal, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials secure-you are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • Accept that optional security features (such as two-factor authentication) are your responsibility to enable and manage
  • Understand that password resets are performed via the portal and require email verification

4. AI Chatbot & Live Chat

The AI chatbot and live chat features are subject to the following:

  • The AI chatbot provides automated assistance based on available information and may not always be accurate-it does not replace official staff support
  • Chat messages may be stored for quality assurance and service improvement
  • Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, financial data) in chat sessions
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior in chat may result in service restrictions

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when submitting tickets
  • Not submit abusive, threatening, or harassing content
  • Not attempt to exploit or abuse the support system
  • Keep your ticket access links confidential
  • Not create multiple tickets for the same issue
  • Not misuse the AI chatbot or live chat features

6. Ticket Policy

  • Maximum of 3 open tickets per email address
  • Tickets without response may be automatically closed after 14 days following staff reply
  • Closed tickets are archived and may be deleted after a reasonable retention period

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant DBOGalaxy a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing support.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. DBOGalaxy is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI chatbot responses.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
